Made 2 batches..one with peppers, onions, celery & one without as younger son doesn't like veggies.....and they were a huge hit! Everything turned out so great, I will be making these over & over again. I plan to make ahead & freeze for company. I thought I'd have a hard time with the pastry, but surprisingly I found it easy. Thank you so much for posting this, seems like I've been looking forever for the right recipe for mini meat pie's....finally found one we all love. I was ‘googling’ mini meat pie’s and found your blog & recipe…and I’m so glad I did.
