I love all the fun things your Elf has done!  Sorry I missed this until now.  I&#039;m just about to pull my last Elf on the Shelf finale the candy cane seeds and am passing this along.  Here is a poem you have the Elf leave.

Candy Cane Seeds
Plant these little seeds-
Sow all in a row.
Soon little candy canes
Will start to grow. 
Singing Christmas carols
In the still of the night
Will make them grow
And stand upright.
Tasty little Candy Canes
Now are ready to eat.
Home grown sweets
That are a great treat! 


If you google this you can see that others do similar versions of this.  I like to explain ti my kids the magic only works at Christmas, how else would I explain candy canes at the store???

I got the idea last year from a blog called Little Wonders - you can google Little Wonders and candy cane seeds and it should bring you to the post, make sure you check out how she did last year as well.
